Goal One

To provide opportunities for students to uphold the Principles of M.I.B.
Objective:
To ensure that all students and staff have the opportunity to observe and celebrate appropriate events on the national calendar

Goal Two
To create within the school a meaningful, enjoyable and rewarding learning environment
Objectives:
To recognise and celebrate student achievement and success
To make every effort to provide interesting lesson and course work, while at the same time fulfilling the requirements of the national Curriculum

Goal Three

To encourage students to be self-disciplined, courteous and have confidence in their own abilities
Objectives:
To have clearly set out school regulations, policies, rules and expectations
To establish a positive Counselling and Discipline Systems for the pastoral care of the students in the school
To encourage staff and prefects to be good role models and help build up the self-confidence and self discipline of the school
To encourage students to take up positions of responsibility within their form classes and house groups

Goal Four
To encourage students to strive to achieve their academic potential
Objectives:
To be responsive to all students’ learning needs
To ensure that all staff and students are kept up-to-date with Ministry of Education requirements and changes
 

Goal Five

To develop channels of clear communication both within the school and with the wider community
Objectives:
To introduce easily understood systems of practice in the school.
To provide opportunity for staff and students to express their views and offer suggestions
To produce regular communication with the school’s present community

Goal Six

To provide a spiritual and moral structure that students can relate to and practice

To give students opportunities to attend short religious courses
To encourage students to respect staff and each other
To encourage students to be community minded 
To provide suitable programmes to expose students to aspects of spirituality and morality

Goal Seven

To establish programmes that cater for the physical well being of the students and which encourage participation and excellence.

To provide an attractive and effective ECA programme for the students
To give students the opportunity to take part in a wide range of inter-school competitions
 To develop a physical education programme that emphasizes participation, skill development and healthy living

Goal Eight

To encourage students to respect and value the school environment.
Objectives:
To provide a safe and clean working and learning environment
To involve students in the care of school buildings and grounds
 

Goal Nine

To establish in the school appropriate systems that address the pastoral needs of all students
Objectives:
To set up an effective counselling system in the school 
To develop a clearly understood Disciplinary Pathway involving teachers, Head of Year, the Welfare Officer and the School management. 
To conduct an effect Careers Programme for the students in the school
