Goal One
To provide opportunities for students to uphold the Principles of M.I.B.
Objective:
To ensure that all students and staff have the opportunity to observe and celebrate appropriate events on the national calendar
Goal Two
To create within the school a meaningful, enjoyable and rewarding learning environment
Objectives:
To recognise and celebrate student achievement and success
To make every effort to provide interesting lesson and course work, while at the same time fulfilling the requirements of the national Curriculum

To encourage students to be self-disciplined, courteous and have confidence in their own abilities

To establish a positive Counselling and Discipline Systems for the pastoral care of the students in the school
To encourage staff and prefects to be good role models and help build up the self-confidence and self discipline of the school
