CRITERIA FOR PROMOTION
FORM ONE , TWO , FOUR
- Attendance - Not less than 85%
- Passing Mark = Average of (Mid-Year Exam Marks + Final Exam Marks)
= 40 % and above
COMPUTATION OF MARKS FOR 2001 EXAM
1. MID-YEAR EXAMINATION
- Test 1 + Test 2 = 30 %
- Mid-Year Exam Marks = 70 %
- Total 100 %
2. FINAL EXAM
- Test 3 = 30 %
- Final Exam Marks = 70 %
Total 100 %
Teachers will set a short topical test once a topic is completed in addition to the two standard tests and examinations (Mid-Year and Final)
Marks for these tests will be recorded in individual subject teacher's Record Books.
